To use any image(s) or graphic throughout this site must require permission by the sites owner before the use or display of the image(s). Many images on the site are available for publication. Please contact us with your inquiries and your intended use of the image(s). You will receive details and info regarding the image(s) in question.
Payment Options
All items on the site are set up with a PayPal Shopping Cart. You must have a PayPal account to purchase on-line items from this site. PayPal is a Safe & Secure payment web site where you can make a payment directly from your choice of credit card or your back account. There is no charge to open a PayPal account.
We also accept cash (US dollars), personal check (US only), and US postal money orders. We suggest you contact us by email first before sending your payment to make sure the item is available. We can hold and guarantee items for five (5) days until your payment arrives. A courtesy email will be sent confirming receipt of payment. All personal checks must clear before items are shipped.

Products & Purchases
Rock Rattle n' Roll is a privately owned music memorabilia web site offering quality products to collectors and fans at reasonable prices. Although most of the items listed on the site are limited in most cases with only one item in stock, we offer and honor all single stocked items sold throughout the site on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that all our multi product items are noted in the product description. Feel free to send an availability email on any item listed on the site before ordering. We will send you a speedy reply to complete your purchase. A 100% refund will be given on all sold items including fees.
We own the original copyrighted negatives, slides and digital images on 98% of all the images we sell. We also carry and sell a small selection of original prints from other photographers. These prints are noted and limited!
Refund
We suggest all customers ask all pertinent questions regarding the item(s) prior to committing to the purchase. All items listed and sold by Rock Rattle n' Roll are based on fact and sold with honor & pride. We stand behind what we sell and we only sell the best! Refund will only be granted if the item is found false and not as described on the site. In those cases, we will consider a full refund of the purchase price. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition the item(s) were sent. Due to an easy copying process available at many stores, No Refund is available on any photograph orders! Please ask as many questions as needed prior to placing your purchase. All questions will be answered promptly. Thank You.
Sales Tax
Sales tax applies to all Texas Residents or any items shipped to a Texas address. A charge of 8.25% sales tax must be added to the total purchase price. You can calculate the 8.25% yourself, then add to your total purchase, or contact us by email for a final purchase price. A speedy reply and confirmation of your items will follow.
Shipping
Free shipping for all USA customers. We only use United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipping. We make it easy to purchase item(s) on our site by including shipping costs on all items for all USA customers. We calculate cost according to item size and weight and carefully package each item with proper tape, cardboard or bubble wrap. We also mark all packages, big or small, with a clear return address and a "Do Not Bend" stamp or "Fragile" sticker. All packages are shipped and tracked with Delivery Confirmation.
Shipping Orders Outside the USA
We ship worldwide and welcome all customers. Since 1988 we have sold and shipped items across the globe to such places as Australia, Japan, Italy, Brazil, Russia, Germany, Mexico, UK and many other locations. We are currently using United States Postal Service Air Mail or Priority shipping for all overseas deliveries. Because our goal is to sell you quality products with great service, we try to charge actual shipping and handling cost for all overseas orders. Depending on the shipping destination, we determine shipping cost by weight, size and country of origin. We handle ALL items with proper packaging and care. We recommend all overseas customers email us with your complete shipping address and items wanting to purchase. We will reply with a total cost. Or you can proceed by using the PayPal Shopping Cart and we will send you a shipping charge that will be due before items are sent.
Insurance
Insurance is optional on all orders under $250. Rock Rattle n' Roll is not responsible if item(s) arrive damaged due mishandling by outside services. Insurance is mandatory on orders exceeding $250 US dollars. Depending on the value of the item(s), an insurance cost will be required and added to the total cost. Please feel free to advise if insurance is needed on your order prior to placing or sending payment.
Other Shipping Options
If you have a Fed Ex or UPS account and prefer to use either of these delivery services, we will ship your package using your account number. Please provide all pertinent information along with your payment.
